Guns Galore

We really had a LGS with that name in Chattanooga years ago. The owner was the best shot with any thing that went bang that I ever saw, and quite a character too. Alas, the store is gone and so is he.

A few more suggestions...

Gee, it's too bad there's already a store called Target.

Try these; some serious, some not so much:

Top Guns

The [name of town] Gat House

The Ordnance Depot

The Ordnance Emporium

Mom & Pop Gun Shop

The Brick Shothouse

Happiness is a Warm Gun

Choose Your Weapons

Have Guns, Will Sell

The Gunfather

Gunfellas

I'm not crazy about either name but I'd go with T&S Arms if I had to go with one of your choices.

Here in Colorado Springs there's a store called Specialty Sports. In my mind the name is completely forgettable and tells me nothing about what they do. They also happen to be the largest firearms dealer in town by far. So while a name is important, it isn't the ultimate test of whether or not you'll be successful.

Like someone else mentioned, I like the idea of using local landmarks especially creeks. I live near Whiskey Creek. May have to open my own shop and give you a bit of competition.

T&S Firearms sounds better. But that's my opinion.

The Simpsons had a good joke where Homer went to a gun shop named "Bloodbath & Beyond". :) In the end they did show responsible gun owners calling out homer on his reckless habits.

:) My opinion only, but when I buy a firearm or ammo, etc.. off a website I want to feel like the buisiness is legit, even in name. "Gun Gorilla" just does not do it for me, as far as it being catchy to the younger crowd I am only 33.

Primarily internet, huh? I like:

Gunzilla.com
Gunster.com
MWAG.com (man with a gun)

Or how about Fast & Furious? (... just kidding)

Too bad a couple of these are already taken/reserved.

If I had a gun shop, I think I would call it Mall Ninja Zombie Killaz.

Then my next step would be to go out of business because no self respecting firearms enthusiast would be caught dead there.

But the kids would love it.
