I get Blue Press every month and never ordered it and pay nothing

I assume it is because i ordered targets from Dillon several months ago

How long will they send me free mags?

You don't even have to buy anything, just call or use the subscription link and they will send them to you virtually forever.

I've had the pleasure of living just a few miles away from their factory and storefront. :) It was fun while it lasted.

Blue Press is looked down upon by many because it shows slender, attractive women with guns.

And when I say many, I mean women who have let themselves get fat and ugly. :neener:

I've never called "blue". I own no "blue". And probably never will purchase anything from "blue". and I still get it...Must be on some one's list somewhere...

The cover girls are professional models and do not work at Dillon. A friend was a business trip to Arizona and made a 200+ mile detour to see the "Dillon Girls" at the facility and he was very disappointed.

I asked them to cancel my subscription after I bought some gear. I didnt know the images in the magazine were"smut".

Yes, the covers of most womens magazines are smutty also which is why in my grocery store they put those opaque covers over them. I prefer my daughters and foster children to see more positive role models.

I used to get it. haven't gotten it in quite a while. maybe because i am on the junk mail list.

It's a way to sell a product

Car part manufactures have been doing it for years in the form of calendars. I don't find the images of the women degrading in the least. You can see more "skin" on television in nearly any show you watch. The majority of Dillon's customers are men. I'm glad that Dillon Precision isn't afraid to put what they want in their catalogs. If you don't like what you see, then don't look at the catalog. Simple as that. I laugh every time my American Handgunner magazine arrives in the mail and people are writing letters to the editor complaining about the Kahr Arms ads. People need to chill out and relax. There once was a time when the classic "pin up" girl image was socially acceptable and those images were even painted on aircraft. Now everyone worry's about who they might offend. I say good job Dillion Precision. Keep up the good work.

+1 Chicken-man. I couldn't have said it better.

Sex sells, that will always be the case. It will never change. And I don't find the photos to be anything but amusing and pleasant to the eye. I thank Mr. Dillon for having a sense of humor, also.

But what does this topic have to do with Handguns-Autoloaders?

This should be moved to the Reloading forum.
