Dave McCracken's threads in the "Shotgunning 101 Library" sticky on this very forum. I know this isnt a book but i dont care because they are very well worth reading for any new (or even experienced) shotgunner. I, for the first time just recently discovered, and finished reading many of the "101's" and they are fantastic peices of knowledge. I felt obligated to post this for any shotgunner who dosent know about them or stumbles upon this thread (in a google search or however) in the future. I wish i could thank him.

American Gunfight....

I'd add the non fiction book; American Gunfight, by pro-2A author & film critic; Steven Hunter. The book details a failed plan 2 radicals from Puerto Rico had to kill the US President in the early 1950s.

I'm not sure if it was mentioned but Lt Col Dave Grossman's On Killing(2009 edition) & On Combat can help with firearm training/mindset.
Grossman is a retired US Army officer & Airborne Ranger. He offers insight into armed conflicts & how/why people kill.

PS; Id add the most recent edition of www.gunlawguide.com . If you travel often or need to be aware of gun-weapon laws in different areas(USA, Guam, USVI, etc). It's updated every year. ;)
