Boyd's stock for Savage Axis

So I added come spacers under the trigger guard and the adjustment screw no longer hits so I can fully tighten the action without a problem.

Sense I would never need all the travel the screw alows I ground off the screw a little and I dremmeled a borrow under the screw.

Yeah i thought about doing that but didn't want to mess up so the washers are doing their job. I think I might have got a early run the stock it's dated November of 2013. The stock is really nice and I like the finish, look and feel of it.

just checked out that site , looked at there stocks and barrels , not sure I would trust a company that lists 7mm as .277 and not .284 ! and that is with both of there barrel brands .
