Building your own SBS Saiga S12?

I think I want to build a SBS Saiga 12. What do I need to know about the legal side of this. Is this a form 4 or something else? Can I do it? Does somebody else have to do it and transfer it? Thanks.

You can DIY! Form 1 and make sure that you engrave the registrees name and location on it, since you (or your entity if you go the trust/ corp/ LLC route) will be the maker.
