Up until I read your final post I was going to ask if you have disassembled the die and cleaned it but I didn't expect for a bushing to be in there! Glad you got it figured out.
I hate when that happens and I'm a bit sad to say it happens to me more then I'd like :-( . Always good to figure stuff out though . If I helped , I'm glad I could .
I couldn't help but think something was out of whack. The same set in another caliber did not act like this, something must not be assembled right, or some kind of gunk in there. Yup, there was a neck sizing die "stuck" in there. For crying out loud.
