Howdy folks. I have a few questions about buying ammo (and just so this thread doesn't get derailed, due to housing regulations, I can't reload, so please don't disregard my questions and tell me to reload).
1. If you buy ammunition online from places like cheaper than dirt or gunbroker, does it have to go through an FFL or not?
2. I'm mostly a plinker 8 months out of the year, so keeping that in mind, where's the best deal on cheap ammo you've found and for how much?
3. When it's time to hunt, where did you find the best deal on hunting-style ammunition (JHP on an elk=.22LR on a Human)?
4. Questions, comments, gripes, concerns?
If it helps you, the calibers I own are: 20 gauge, 9mm, and .22. In the next 6 months, it will also include 30-30, 7.62X54R, .357/.38 special, and if the stars align and I can find her, a .303 British
