Maybe what we need is a mental support group for all us poor addicted folks. We could meet regularly and talk each other "down" from each unrational purchase we make. Maybe field trips to local gun shops to confront our problems. People with real issues may have to be strapped to a chair and made to watch Dirty Harry or Die Hard over and over again....
Heck, we may even be able to deduct the expenses as therapy. (wish I had thought of that before the tax deadline).
