Buying Guns with Money You Don’t Have

Not then because I was too young to buy and too oblivious to understand what it really was. I have bought a few to have fun over time though just because I was expecting them to not be as easy to get later on. Most of those were fun but have lost their appeal and they went to new owners. I stretched a bit before the guaranteed Hillary presidency and built 2 ARs from parts. I still have 1 of them. I sold the other and did well on it financially. Now, I more or less buy what I know that I like and those aren’t very much in jeopardy.

Hi...
Always pay with cash or debit card for firearms and reloading supplies.
Every shop seems to have a layaway plan with no interest, so I take advantage of that program.
I bought at least 8-9 firearms last year which isn't too bad for a retired guy on a fixed income. Layaway programs help a lot when you are on a fixed income... doesn't hurt to have a couple of pension checks every month either.

Never buy luxury items on credit.

That said, times like these if you have a clear plan and you need to throw a specific gun or crate of ammo on a card, well I have this last year :)

They control the House, the Senate is a 50/50 split which means likely nothing will get done as they need 60 votes.
'60 votes' refers to filibuster, not just voting on any bill..
In the Senate, the bill is assigned to another committee and, if released, debated and voted on. Again, a simple majority (51 of 100) passes the bill.
