Really kinda wanting an underfolder but ive never held one so not sure i would like it. gonna try to get my hands on one and see how it feels. I really want a milled receiver but not opposed to stamped at all. I currently have a wasr 10 and really like it. No issues whatsoever.

Read alot and people seem to hold the npaps in high regard since they arent made by century just imported and magwell machined out to take high cap mags and add enough 922 parts. The CHF barrels and serbian trunions make it desireable vs american century in most peoples eyes but it did fail the operators union tests not long ago. It has a thinner reciever just like my wasr which is kinda why im leaning towards a milled one since i already have the wasr.

The m70akm is a century milled receiver. Is it the same receiver as the c39? anyone know? From my understanding its a yugo parts kit with century milled receiver and century barrel. Is it still a green mountain barrel? I like that it has a bayonet lug and its an underfolder but i wouldnt mind addiing optics to it and cant use a side rail with underfolders correct? I would have to use a gas tube rail i think.

The ak63d is a century milled yugo that rob really likes but not sure if difference between that and the m70abm??

I know the c39v2 is not an underfolder but it gets really good reviews and like i said im not sure i like a underfolder or not but really dig the compactness of it and looks. I could put a magpul on there and make it a side folder which i may do later. They have newer version out that comes with side rail which i really like.

HELP PLEASE lol thanks!!

I believe the AK63D has a U.S. made milled receiver with Hungarian parts used to complete the build; not sure about the barrel maker. The C39V2 uses a Green Mountain barrel as well as having a U.S. made milled receiver.

My Hungarian FEG SA85-M is one of the nicer underfolders that you'll find out there. Well built, great overall fit and finish, the only thing I have done with mine, besides refinishing the wood, was add some paracord around the left side strut. Yes it's very compact and lightweight to carry but if I were doing it all over again I would probably go with the greater stability that a fixed stock would offer.

Thats a Beauty!!!! I think I have settled on the c39. I will eventually put a side folder stock on it and i like that it has the optic rail on the side. On top of that it also uses standard akm parts so accessories are more available. Ive come to the conclusion that the underfolder is more of a novel idea and that side folders are the better option.

The C39V2 sounds like a good choice. The optics rail on the side is a nice feature to have. I set one up with a scope for a friend of mine and he loved it. Let us know when you get one and how it does at the range.

The options listed are all so similar that you might as well flip a coin. There are advantages and disadvantages to each one.

Just know in advance that underfolder stocks are pretty much the least comfortable stock for extended range sessions. A strut bouncing off your cheek bone isn't exactly comfortable after several mags, but they are compact enough to fit into a backpack or tennis racket case and they do have that cool factor.

Yea I have pretty much decided on the c39 and will out the Magpul folding stock on there. I think that will satisfy me for a underfolder and be more comfortable and practical
