"""Since said WB had weed for sale he was charged for manslaughter, since he had no priors it was dropped by judge if he ENLISTED !!!!"""

We don't want his A** in the military. That kind of SH*T stopped in 1981 while I was on recruiting duty. One of the questions that the applicant has to answer is related to release or dropped charge if they enlist. If they answer yes they cannot get in and the judge will never know that the kid did not join, if the kid lies and gets in, how does the judge know?? if the recruiter tells the judge or knows that he needs to tell the judge the recruiter is wrong and the recruiter's career is done, if caught. The recruiter is also required to run a background check and police check before enlisting him. The arrest will show-up. This kid got over on the judge... If the shooting was drug related the kid should go down (period)!! :cuss: Back in 1983 I enlisted a kid that I had run all the checks on even after the kid (17yo) had told me his had no record. The FBI check got him as a killer of another kid in another state, but only because he lift the knife in the victum. This young kid is still doing time in the "CLUB FED".
