A couple of friends and myself have been having discussions over the "power" of various handgun ammunition, much like you see on many of these threads. Shot placement, caliber, stopping power vs. multiple shots, etc., etc. :banghead: What I'm looking for is actual video comparisons of various handgun ammo.
I came across a couple of rag-tag videos on Youtube, one shooting suspended water jugs with a .45, and other shooting sitting jugs with a 9mm and a .45. My question is, does anyone know of website that shows a more detailed comparison of various ammunition? I've seen a couple of ballistic gel tests, but they just don't seem to have the feel of what a caliber is really capable of. Penetration is nice, but I'm looking for something you can really "see".
I'd love to have seen the suspended jug test with multiple calibers, as watching the .45 destroy a target mid-air (compared to two shots of .380), and the flying aftermath that ensued was quite informative of the caliber's "power". Any help in this matter would be most appreciated.
