California DOJ letter explaining the AR-15 laws

    The CA DOJ has new definition of "disassembly of the firearm action". As you probably know, CA has changed the gun law for AR15 style rifles started 2017, the only legal AR15 after 2017 is either a featureless AR or AR with fixed magazine. If your AR15 is not featureless nor with a fixed magazine, you have to register it as an assault weapon before 2018.
