Alright i have a question that i have been wondering for sometime but i really didn't know how to put it, but i did my best. So as all of you know i have a service model xd in .40. I just sold my car and was thinking about picking up an xd service model ported in .40. So my question is, can i interchange the slides and frames, say if something happens to one of them?
I also though it would be nice to use the well broke in frame, with trigger well broke in, smooth and crisp, so that way i wouldn't have to put all those 1000's of rds through the new frame, and new pistol. maybe it is crazy but i think it wouldn't be a hal bad idea. Please let me know what you guys think. Thanks in advance!
