Hello all. I am looking forward to being a productive contributor here and to learning a few things. This is my first post and I apologize if this is not the proper place. While on vacation to the Outer Banks, NC I found this cartridge in the ocean. Any help identifying it and what it might have been from would be very appreciated. Thanks.
