RCBS makes a "stuck case" removal kit. If you can't get one, maybe I could suggest drilling a hole through the primer, then run up one of those self-tapping "broken bolt" removal screws. Before you try that though, I'd first take the die out of the press and try to soak some penetrating oil (got Kroil).
Good luck.
Take the die out of the press and place it in the freezer. After an hour or two, put it back in the press and try to pull the case out with pliers since the case rim has been damaged. As mentioned earlier, some oil applied between the brass and the die will make things easier.
I unscrew the top of my rcbs die and then use a pair of pliers to get the neck sizer off the die. Then I use a round file that just perfectly fits inside the hole and pound it out with my hammer. I have done about 20 of them this way with 100% success rate. I know that sounds like a lot, but I have done A LOT of rounds.
I have been tempted to buy the dillon carbide die simply because my die has gotten so bad that I have to use so much lube that it puts lube dents in the shoulder no matter how hard I try. I have found that if I heat up the die and the lube then it takes a lot less lube to get it to work. Hopefully that helps.
Oh and I guess I better warn you that if your case is stuck bad enough my method may not work as you could possibly bash right through the case.
Take your die out and put it in a vise. Spray some lube. Around the base and let it sit for a few minutes. Use a pare of vise grips on the showing part of the case and twist back and forth. I got a 7mm mag case out like this.
Move the sizing stem as high as you can get it in the die. Get a socket out of your set that will just fit over the case. Get a flat washer that will fit over your self tapping screw, use as big as you can or up to 1/4" . Put the screw in you power drill on slow, drill the screw into the brass and it will pull the case out. I like to use the Screws like they use on metal roofing, they already have the drill bit made in and will pull the case right out.
No need to drill and tap! USE LUBE NEXT TIME!
You didn't say what brand of die you have but if it a Dillon you remove the clip and run the bolt down and back to eject the case. If it's a Lee you back off the collet and drive the case out. Others are not so easy so I don't use them.
