CCW Trip Down Memory Lane

As I recall, I've been carrying for something like fifty years.
Mostly, I've carried a Government Model Colt or some variant. G. I. Surplus pistols, commercial pistols; not really any 'clones'. Finally decided a (lightweight) Commander was the ideal for carry in that line.
Also, a number of S&W revolvers have travelled with me. Most of them have been K frame of some variety. Some .38 Special and some .357 Magnum. Carried an N frame or two, but too much bulk and weight; they tend to make droopy drawers.
One or two J frames, all in .38 Special. One was a 3" barrel, which was stolen, sadly.
For a short time, kept a Beretta Jetfire (.25 ACP) in my trouser pocket, but decided it worked better in fiction than reality.
I have collected an assortment, but those are the serious defense handguns.
