I doubt it, the 9mm mak is 0.363 in and the 9mm luger is 0.355 inI wonder if the 9 mm Pitbull would be able to fire the 9 mm Makarov round

For what reason would the charter be better than the Taurus?
Just so happens my boss got the 40 a few days ago, nice pistol a little rough fit and finish wise but I like the idea of a 9mm revolver to go along with my 3 other 9s.
I kept reading bad things about the Taurus that's what has kept me from getting one. Plus I'd like a longer barrel.
the 9mm Parabellum revolver will also chamber factory .380ACP
I would be even happier with a 3" - 4"
Can you tell me what the bore diameter is in inches? I am wondering if it is .355 or .356 or even .357"
Rifling in 9 mm Luger revolvers is according to CIP, which means: 6 right hand grooves, twist 250 mm, groove width 2,49 mm, diameter in the groove 9.02 mm and diameter in the field 8.82 mm
IMO, my .40 Pitbull's grip is just fine & very little "muzzle flip".I heard the grips are bad because of the muzzle flip in the 40SW, hopefully the 9mm is more managable.
Pretty much agree w/article. At the Range I use mostly single action trigger & love it! I, too, had trouble with extraction of spent casings. Seems the more Range time = smoother extraction.I think this is a reprint of an earlier review of the 40 S&W Pitbull:

I would take the unknown too it looks interesting. I suspect it takes full moon clips which is pretty much the only FAST way to reload a revolver when fine motor skills go south during tense situation.I might be interested in an Alpha Proj in 6", too. The 3" looks good!
