If you want an SKS that takes detachable magazines, these are the ones you want.
100% better than using the duckbill magazines in a normal SKS.

I always thought mine was an SKS-D, not that the paperwork really identified it. Mine has no "thumbhole-stock" as a previous post said differentiated the -M and -D. So... What's the difference between an SKS-M and and SKS-D?
