I will try very hard to avoid the political aspect but I find it irresponsible to not discuss how quickly we as a society digress when a few decide to start dismantling the laws and order of this country.
In the past we have seen great civil unrest over legal decisions, natural disasters, power failures and the like.
Comming up in November we will face a real, potentially national SHTF situation and I wonder what folks are preparing for as well as what the gov. has planed.
I live in a fairly rural area of western Colorado but we are close to the Interstate so I don't forsee any great problems here so I will go about business as usual. If I lived in a large metro area I would sure think about skipping town or at least get my family away for a while.
I hope we can keep off blue and red and simply discuss strategies for the safety of our families and friends if large scale disturbance occurs.
