I sent back a new 27 because it would rotate the cylinder but not cock the hammer during double action firing. This only failed under recoil and not with snap caps. They said they replaced the cylinder stop and spring. Do these parts address this problem? I don't want to spend $60 on ammo to find they did not address the problem. Could one of you gunsmiths tell me how these parts affect the hammer not cocking/firing? Thx.
