For what its worth, take a look at my Glock 19X groups.
Left side is with a drop in Stormlake, right side is stock Glock.
Ammo in both cases plain Federal 115 grain. Distance 10 yards.
Gun was rested on a small sandbag.
Disregard the flyer with each target. The Stormlake target got 6 shots as I initially thought the accuracy was a coincidence...
I am guessing that with a larger test sample the stock shots could be better and the Stormlake shots somewhat worse but don't know for sure. These test results are probably what you could expect with other higher end barrels like a Wilson Combat.
