Connecticut to Ban Gun Sales to Those on Federal Terrorism Lists

The whole idea of the list is that it's a secret list. They won't tell you why you were denied, just that you were denied. And which list are they really going to use, the No-Fly list or the terror watch list. That list which is far more comprehensive is just people they feel need to be watched. Are we going to deny 2nd amendment rights just because someone should be watched? What happened to due process, habius corpus and the right to face your accuser?
