Well I went out to my local range with the g/f. She didn't shoot as well with the xd9sc this time but did really well with the S&W 66-7 with WWB 38spl bulk pack.

We got there right as two muzzle loaders were finishing. That was the first time I got to see a ML fired.

Poor ML dude....

I seen this guy set a UBERTI pistol box on the edge of a trash can. Then they finished packing up and left. After our time was up I was cleaning...etc and on my trip to the trash I opened the Uberti box and it had a BP pistol in it. :what: I think the guy set it there while he cleaned his mess up but forgot it. I took it to the owner and told him the guys forgot it somehow.

There was this guy shooting some kind of S&W, Kinda looked like a 686 but it didn't sound like a 38/357. I asked him what it was. He told me it was a 610 in 10mm/40sw. and offered to let me shoot it. He had 40sw loaded and I have to say.

I loved the trigger in both sa/da. very smooth and crisp.

They also had a sw model 14-3 in nice shape with a box for 425. and a 44-3 in .22 mag with a 8inch barrel for 750.00(unfired)

Poor ML dude....
Some would say (me included) that shooting a smoke pole is about as much fun that you can have with your clothes on. It's all a matter of perspective.
Also the .22 magnum S&W is a model 48 not 44.

Yes I do like the S&W round guns also.
It has always struck me that the 22 mag pistol is very much a special use weapon. It isn't cheep to shoot like the 22lr (or centerfire reloads) but it only has slightly more power than the 22lr. There isn't but 2 basic loads available for it and the slight extra power over the rimfire is hard to put to good use.

I think it would be cool to burn a few rounds through a ML.

I ment poor dude due to the fact he left his pistol behind.

I knew that S&W was either a 44 or 48.
