Looks like they are following Ruger's example. Good on them for stepping up and making it good again. At the same time I wonder if the new breach plug was a recall/replacement item to add to your safety.

Not really sure, but man are those things pricy for what they are. I am very happy with the way they handled things. My buddy and I shoot the same load/bullet and his TC doesn't get near as dirty as mine does when fired.

I’m gonna see how dirty it gets. Before mine would coat the inside of the receiver with soot.
