Cylinder and Slide Drop In Trigger Pull Kit

I just installed a Cylinder and Slide Drop In Trigger pull kit, 4.5lbs tactical version. It works properly but on my Springfield 1911a1 mil-spec , the hammer doesn't have enough clearance and contacts the grip safety. Does anyone know of a drop in grip safety replacement that will work for this hammer and model 1911?

do you currently have the original grip safety on the pistol or an aftermarket beavertail?

The original GI style grip safety.

The Ed Brown gs works well with the C&S hammer, but you may have some fitting issues with the Ed Brown GS on a Springer Mil-Spec if your Springer has a .220 radius on the frame tangs. This link may help...
