I searched the threads for information on cap and ball cylinder reloading stands and all the information I found was dated. Has anyone bought a reloading stand in the last year or two?

Based on what I found so far, the only reloading stand that anyone had anything good to say about was the one by Cylinder Inc. that sells for about $65.00 or $70.00. Anyone know if they are still in business?

I'd appreciate any information you might have on these stands. I recently bought a Pietta '58 with a couple of cylinders. I've also got a couple of ROAs so I figured it's time to get a stand and start loading cylinders.

Thanks for the post, but what I'm looking for is a "cylinder" loading stand. I don't know any proper name for it other than you use it to load a cylinder after the cylinder is removed from the pistol frame.

Try Biglube.com. Dick Dastardly has a very nice loading stand for the ROA. I plan to get one in a month or so.

Powder Inc has one at powderinc.com. About $65. Very well made. I've used mine for about a year now.

both dick's and the powder inc versions are quality items that will give you years of service.
worth every penny.
