CZ-75 or XD-9?

I have a CZ 75 P-01. I love it dearly. I thought about the XD9 sub-compact but I didn't like the way if fit my hand. The P-01 was my Christmas present to me. I think the XD9 sub will my next years Christmas present to me.
My main reason for getting the P-01 was the feel in my hand and cheap14 round mags.

homonrye, which do you prefer shooting more? is the cz75 alot more accurate? what about the trigger and recoil?

I've shot both and like both. I say go with the XD-9 now and the RAMI later!

anyone else? also, is it legal in CA to put a xd40 mag with 15 rounds of 9mm ammo in a xd9?

Get the CZ and an XD9 compact. Then you can justify both!

I own a 1st. Gen. HS 2000, but have only shot the CZ. I can't find fault with either. I do like the carry weight & the handling characteristics of the HS though.

I love to shoot both the XD and the CZ but with the CZ I can nail it everytime not with the XD. The slide slop has some to do with the accuracy of the XD. The CZ is tight handles great and I just installed the Houge wrap arounds and it fits like a glove. I may be expecting to much out of the XD but the reason I bought the tactical version was the longer barrell for more accuracy. I love the gun but it just hasn't proven itself. But also realize everybody thinks I am the spawn of satan because I don't own a Glock and never will. They feel like a brick in my hand. They say but they are so accurate and reliable. That may be true but if it doesn't fit you will never master it, or that is what I believe. That may be the case with the XD.

thanks for the replies guys. I was leaning more towards the xd9 because of the ability to turn .40 cal mags into high-caps, but I found out you can do the same with the cz75. I am now leaning more towards the cz75, I'll let you know after I pick one of them up
