The very first thing I'd do is give it a very good cleaning. Simply because this is cheap and easy and might fix the issue.

People seem to like to swap springs on CZs. I've never had the need. All mine run great on the factory springs.

Does it do this with all you mags or just one in particular?

I'd take a good look at the extractor and breech face. Extractor issues can also cause feed issues as the round being loaded has to slide up the breech under the extractor.

+1 on the cleaning. pay attention i guess to the breech, extractor and get a q-tip inside the chamber to clean up the top of the chamber where the rifling starts.

UPDATE: I've been noticing that all the hicups are disappearing in mine. Just shoot it alot and the gun will adjust to itself. Mine cycles flawlessly now and can eat any ammo.
