Yes.
I ordered and installed the Angus Custom Shop competition hammer in my CZ-75. I also had a small assortment of Wolf mainsprings, a 13#, 15#, and the stock 20#.
The CZ competition hammer was left completely stock. As a side note, the comp hammer is cut very much like a 1911. I did not modify the new hammer in any way since the hooks are already very shallow.
With the 13# mainspring and the new hammer, this CZ has an absolutely amazing SA left-off. It's almost to light, I'm estimating around 3 lbs. I plan on shooting it this weekend to make sure the primer strike is sufficient.
The CZ hammer is about $62.00 to your door, and the Wolf spring, if memory serves me, is around $5.00. So you can have a world class SA/DA CZ-75 for under $70.00 (with your own labor).
The difference must be experienced to be believed.
