I have aCZ75d compact its under 2 lbs. and tack drives my reloads out of the box. I also love the Glocks I own. But the CZ I have to say is the gun I will buy next! Just another model.;)

That's true. You can use a Glock to caulk around your bathtub.

Bahahah :)

If you already have a glock than get a CZ. I own both and they both work 100% but at the end of the day the CZ is twice the gun (for me) because the the design, feels better, shoots better, looks better. My cz 75 shadow is my carry gun at 40oz!!! it's still better than the 17 inside the waist band tho the glock is so square it rubs me wrong literally.

If your gonna carry if and weight is a issues I'd say get the glock for everything else or if weight isn't a problem go CZ.

I own a CZ-75B 9mm and a Gen3 G-17 and they often go to the range with me as a pair. With the same ammo, the CZ is just a little more accurate, and the Glock is probably a little more reliable. I like 'em both & they are both keepers!

If you like the feel of holding a brick in your hand, get a Glock. If you want a pistol that is just as reliable but feels like it was made for your hand buy a CZ. :D

I'd buy ammo and enjoy the quality Glock I already have, and develop or build on practical skills with it.

Buying that CZ (or the Glock for that matter) isn't going to do anything for you other than delay the lesson that fulfillment doesn't rest in material possessions.

I was about to buy a glock19 but checked out a local sportsmans warehouse where surprisingly they had a cz75 available .the cz was $465while the glock19 was around $530. Cz is much rarer to come buy in my area while glocks are always available. The cz grip is the best I've had in a handgun. The finish was great. It just looked like so much more gun for the money. I bought the cz. I now have 2 czs. One just bought used last week (compact) and still no glock.

I've owned a few CZs and while they are pretty I've never been fond of their triggers. I'm not a DA/SA hater either as I have Sigs, FNXs, and others, just never had a CZ where the trigger wasn't kind of mushy and vague...

CZ, i find glocks PERSONALLY way too light to shoot accurately or comfortably and i hate the triggers and take down

Get something new, the CZ. What I really like about the CZ's is their shootability and accuracy. The all steel construction and low bore axis greatly helps with recoil. The natural grip angle and the grip itself simply just feels good in your hand, similar to a 1911 & BHP. CZ Custom and Cajun Gun Works has you covered with aftermarket parts, you can turn a good shooting CZ into a amazing accurate shooter.

Glocks are just boringly reliable. I can shoot fairly decent with Glocks, but the grip angle and aesthetics are not for me. I would probably acquire 1 or 2 in the future because I think I would be more comfortable turning it in as police evidence if I was involved in HD/SD situation as to any of my CZ's & 1911's.

I have handguns in the double digits. I acquired many of them on whims where I saw what looked a good deal.

Well, aside from the Glocks, they all sit in a safe, now. Between the guns and the mags, holsters, and the ammo for calibers I hardly shoot, they are taking up a lot of space.

Today, I would trade off 6-7 of them for more Glocks, even if they were doubles. And I, too, love the older gen3 Glocks with the frying pan finish. Luckily, all of my Glocks are of that variety, so far. The redundancy would cut down on my peripherals and give me some backups. And I'd still have my "arsenal." :) But I like Glocks a lot. I shoot them every bit as good as handguns with target sights and hair triggers. About the only other handgun I wouldn't wanna let go is a Ruger Mark, and I don't ever shoot that, either. I just feel like I need to keep a 22LR around.

If you're curious about the CZ, you might wanna go that route. I've BTDT, and I know what I like.

Not that it changes anything, but I love my CZ75. I'd be really hard pressed to choose between it and my 1911 if I could only have one.

Yea, I'd keep the CZ (sorry, Mr. Browning).
