Just wanted to show off my pride and joy. She was 4 months old yesterday when these were taken.
She even kept her finger off the trigger.:)

Well after talking in my thread I posted after this one ( http://thehighroad.org/showthread.php?t=332972 ) and my moms boss a lawyer advising me to take them down I have decided to take down the pictures. For those of you who didn't see them they were my little girl with an ar, marlin 336, and a pt140 pro. I feal kind of like I have been beaten and defeated by the antis. They were harmless pictures and I can't even share them with you guys. It opened my eyes to why we need to protect the 2nd ammendment and I will be upgrading to a NRA life member. Have a great day and God Bless.

The AR is 4 months old. How about the kid?

Be careful when she takes off for college she doesn't take the AR along too. I taught my stepdaughter to shoot when she was 10. Time she was 14 my Ruger SP101 357 was hers (not in fact, just agreed upon) and she held me to it when she graduated college. ~SIGH~

she is a cutie... but maybe next time, the AR could have no mag and have the safety on.... just sayin

I can just hear and see the gun-hating liberals now! ..... Screaming, gnashing of teeth, mouths askew, wringing hands, utter shock, disbelief, wetting their pants, etc.

Sadly, I think that if they could find you and you were within their legal grasp, they would not hesitate to call Child Protective Services, have you arrested and mentally evaluated .... all for "your own good and that of your daughter."

I suppose that is the difference between the two mindsets. We see this as an adoring image taken by a loving, responsible and proud parent. They see nothing but horror.

A Pink AR that's funny

Cabela's actually has a pink .22 that my daughter is dying to getter littl hands on. She is like "daddy, I want that pink shotgun." I feel sorry for the boys of the next generation. LOL

Very cute kid. You might consider taking that AR stock in a few notches for her though. :p

cute kid.... but this thread probably will scare the crap out of random people who find it via google.

dunno whether that's good or bad....

I think they are cute pics. But I assure you these pics run a good chance of ending up on on of the "Progressive" blogs.

You and I both know that your not dumb enough to leave them loaded when you took the picks but it would have been nice if the actions were open.

LOL. The other day, I was explaining the function of a decocker to one of my neighbors (a woman) and she said the gun is a decocker.

Very nice. But I would take them offline QUICK. There's a lot of crazies, from the Bradys to the media who would love to ruin you over those pics. The last thing you need is to be bothered by some "investigative journalism":

Cute girl you have there!! I noticed she was practicing good gun safety by keeping her finger off the trigger.

I have a daughter and she has given me a GRANDson who is 5 and a GRANDdaughter who is 1. My GRANDson has already shot a 22 pistol with my help. I have plans of my GRANDdaughter doing the same.
When my daughter was growing up, I taught her to shoot. She has her Texas CHL and has now become a Probation Officer.

You are doing well! Keep up the good work!!!
