Date a gun girl?

Grasshopper, what she does for a living or whether or not she likes to shoot or not doesn't matter. I know all kinds of women who shoot or don't care if I do, but I don't want around all the time. There's much more involved.

I said I was going on a date with her...not marrying her ;) All else being equal - it puts her on the right side of the fence.

Pictures...hmmm...I would hate to ruin the picture perfect idea you guys have in your head. Ah, oh well. Hope she doesn't find out I posted this. Or kill me if she does. (It would be kinda cool if she arrested me though :D

What do you think? (Not that it has any bearing on what I think :neener: )

BTW - We had a great time. Date went well and she was already asking if we could do something this week. :eek: Every once in a while you have a really nice comfortable first date with a really cute girl. Doesn't happen very often, so I am trying to soak it all in while I can :D

Congrats to you,my friend.I wish you all the best.My girl not only likes to shoot,but also hunt,and doesn't get squeamish when it is time to gut the game,and she is a real "girly-girl".No wonder I feel like the luckiest guy on earth.ENJOY. :)
 
hey man i can see why you want to show her off but if you dont want to end this relationship NOW you better ask before you post more pics of her on the internet. you realize that if she is into guns like you she could easily pass by this board. if i was you i would find the right time to tell her you posted her pic and use the "i was out of my mind excited, giddy, proud, ect. and did somthing i shoulnt have" excuse (flatters her ,also shows your honesty, you absolutly have to have honesty in the relationship!)


PS. (nobody mention the new rifle i bought to to my wife K) :eek:

Trust me. I am not that uncooth. She already had the picture posted elsewhere. I am debating pulling it though...it does lack a certain sense of respect. Posts at three am lack normalcy after a couple drinks. What can I say?

Though I agree out of respect you might not want to post her picture on a gun board. :)

Every once in a while. I met one that looked great, and not only was into shooting, but cars as well. We got to talking because she was asking about the 5-lug Fairmont sitting outside (which belongs to me).

She was smart, sexy, funny, into guns and american muscle. She was at the range with her husband

One Lucky guy

I got that lucky many years ago when I met my wife, although I didn't know it at the time.

I found out later when I took her out to 'teach' her how to shoot.

She put 25 shots in a 2 inch circle at 21 feet.

She still beats me occasionally.

Sounds like someone to definitely spend some (range) time with. Don't feel too bad, or let it bother you, if by any chance she can out-shoot you, either. ;)

My wife and I share motorcycling as a hobby. I ride a Harley and two different Ducatis and she rode a Suzuki GSXR750. Before a car ran her over (car on the wrong side of the road), my wife could outride me on my best day and her worse. Anyway......once she got to be too big during her pregnancy to ride on the back of my bike (because of the accident, she is not physically capable of riding her own), I decided to take her to the range. She hadn't ever really shot any pistols and had limited experience with rifles. Well.....

She now has her own Ruger 10/22 and a S&W 5903 9mm handgun. We try to go to the indoor and outdoor ranges at least every two weeks, and she's shot almost every one of my guns (including the Colt Anaconda 44 mag). We are both wanting to take our concealment course together, and she is now wanting to buy a revolver, probably another automatic, and a center-fire rifle (she likes shooting my AK-47s, AR-15s, and SAR-8)......I see a "his" and "hers" gun safes in the near future. :D
 
My wife is a 5'2" petite Filipina who loves her SA XD and loves shooting it as well... and Isn't afraid of my firearms... only trouble is letting her release her grip on the wallet so I can get more.
military pay is restricting :banghead:
 
It's what breaks hearts, runs up Visa bills, makes men do things that later seem completely insane, but doesn't add anything to the gun safe.

I'll agree with all but the last. My gun collection has grown by leaps and bounds since I got married. It helps having a wife that is pro-gun and makes good money. ;)
 
Ok, it's official... I've turned green. :p And since a lot of you guys met these women at church, you can guarantee I'll be attending on Sunday. ;)

Good catch man... hate that I missed the picture. :rolleyes:
