They have a platoon of moderators on duty 24/7 to make sure only good free speech gets through, and none of those dangerous things called "dissent" or "exchange of ideas."
They are not liberals. They are fascistic, hateful, self-obsessed bigots with delusions of relevance. I've had more intellectual discussions with Klansmen and Christian Identity types than with DUms.:banghead:

After reading all that claptrap on the DU sight, I was struck by one perfectly clear fact... All of these wackos said that if GW Bush was re-elected, they were gonna do X. X is the Algebraic term of whole bunch of various things based off of Y. hehe.
Now, How many of these SFBs actually did any of the things that they said they were going to do? None. Yep, in the world of Hot Air, these people reign supreme! By the way, SFB stands for Stuff For Brains..... you can guess what Stuff stands for.
These people stand to as a shining example of what we like to call...Bottomhats. Replace the word bottom with your favorite expletive. You may remember Alec Baldwin solemnly swearing that he would move out of the country if GW was re-elected..... Hmmm, unfortunatly, he is still here. He qualifies as a....Bottomhat.
The one good thing about these people is, we know we can take em. We can slap the taste outta their mouth and watch as they sniffle about their latest wussy poetry recital. They are true parasites.
