Can you guess which one it is...

I'm not getting anything gun related for the holidays but my main gift that I got Friday I've been playing with.

There's a .223 and a .300 Blackout on either side. I used the .223 as a reference but this was not meant to be to any scale.

So what actual round do you think it's closest to?

And Merry Christmas!

Is it a Grizzly? I have a few hours on a lathe in the woodshop. I wish it were a metal lathe...

I will wager Two Seventy Seven Sycamore, which is a blown out Six Eight.:)
The two seventy caliber has become quite Poplar lately.:D
Wait... @Bfh_auto is on to something.
Is it a Six mm Russian Olive?

One cannot, of course, "develop" a new caliber. Caliber is a unit of measure expressed in Metric or Imperial measure of a firearm's bore or groove diameter.

Your new cartridge is pretty cool looking. I don't have enough expertise to venture a an educated guess on it but it looks like a very handy intermediate cartridge.

Yes 460 I know it’s wood I thought the op was actually trying to build a model of his new caliber I missed the point here probably just a joke I took seriously

Thats a cool picture.

But, good luck with trying to develop something new. My oldest Son wanted very much to develop a new wildcat cartridge. I suggested that He Google Huntington Die Specialities and look at their list of dies. He quickly gave up on the idea of something new.
