But, Santa did also leave me some cash - which I'm pretty sure will go towards shooting in some way. Now, to think about how to spend it...

Well, it's more of a coincidence than planned, but I sold off two rifles and picked this up yesterday.

We got a Marlin 795 for plinking fun and to keep the old Marlin 39 company. My card had a note promising a trip to Dixon's Muzzleloading shop come spring up in PA. Knowing what I am like in a good ML store this goes beyond generous and well into brave.

200 rounds of .40 SW 180 grain FMJ for plinking from my father in law, and a yet to be opened Glock 22 blue gun for safe draw training and simulations with my Soldiers.

Looking forward to a smaller christmas when I sell off my CETME and .308 ammo for a new holster and maybe a tiny 9mm. We can hope. Merry Christmas everyone.

I bought my dad a CZ 452 Ultra-Lux....of course I am going to get to shoot it some as well.

My dad also got some new Lee .38 Special/.357 dies. He got a 11mm dovetail-weaver adapter and a new Centerpoint 4-16x40 scope for his Savage 65M .22 Magnum.

I got a scope leveling kit and some Butler Creek spring open scope caps for my Bushnell Elite 4200 Tactical 6-24x50 and a pair of Under Armour Cold Gear insulated underwear, for hunting.

Father-in-law's cash gift is going to a new barrel for my T/C Encore.
