A pound of IMR 4895, 500 lead cast 230 grain RN .45 bullets, WWII bayonets, one a dated Oneida 10 inch uncut (REALLY RARE), and my duck license. That was an early Christmas present. I did get two red-heads with my 10 gauge. I guess you could count the ducks too.

As I was expecting, a Pedersoli Harpers Ferry flintlock pistol kit. I'm looking forward to putting this thing together. Unfortunately I've had zero luck finding black powder locally. Everyone seems to have plenty of Pyrodex, Triple 7, Shockey's and other substitutes but no Goex (or other manufacture or black powder), so it looks like I'm going to have to purchase in bulk.

Santa brought me a dremel tool - now I are a gunsmith!
A few other goodies not gun related. The grandkids got most of the loot, but I did buy myself one big one, a new camera. Canon 7D with a set of 3 lenses, wide angle zoom, midrange zoom, and a telephoto. Always wanted another good camera since my last one got destroyed when it hit the highway at 70 mph, but that's another story.

True.

My mother and father survived another year. He'll be 89 in two weeks and my mother turned 86 in September. My cousin is a breast cancer suvivor - one year and counting.

I'm at the age where I buy my own loot. I can't decide if I want a Wilson, Ed Brown, USFA or SAA. Or maybe one of those Colt 1911 Presentation guns (which I would shoot.) I don't even have a budget, just a checkbook and more guns than I can clean now.
