Diameter for 7.62x39 AR?

Curious what fits in my AK and AR's, I have a couple windham 7.62x39's and curious whether to use .311 or .308 diameter bullets.

Your best solution would be to Google how to slug a barrel bore. You may also wish to contact the people who made your barrel. Windham is only an email or phone call away for the straight dope on their barrel diameters.
