To quote what I was told when I got my 550b "If it's blue and says Dillon on the side they'll take care of it."

-Jenrick

I can't afford and have no need for one. But from what I've heard, if I ever come across a rust bucket of an old dillan, I'd happy pay 100 bucks for one.....ya know as long as they are still around ;)

It's been my experience that all the reloading companies I've dealt with have been very responsive. It's a relatively small hobby, and people in it talk a lot to each other ;-)

Its a NO BS warranty

In 20 years of service using the blue one I have called 3 times for repair and in within 2 to 3 days the needed part was on my door step. Love my Dillion :)

I recently ordered 100 rounds of 357 Sig brass from Dillon and received only 99. I emailed a description of the problem and today received 3 cases in the mail. They are still attending to business and taking care of customers. GO DILLON!

I bought my 550 at a LGS setup for 45 acp. I decided to order everything I needed for 40 s&w from Dillon and my 3 die set came with only 2 dies. I called them and told them what happened. No questions they sent me the missing die and it came quicker than the original order. I'm a happy customer now.

I bought my first 550 used. It basically sat in the buyers garage. The ram was stiff and had a few minor glitches. Dillon basically overhauled it for $65, a bargain imho...I was expecting a huge bill. I got a new press back.
