I'm a redneck, hillbilly, honkey, cracker, dirty white boy from eastern Kentucky. (And damn proud of it)

I'm American. :)

If you want my heritage, though... My mother's family is Korean. My father's family traces its roots back to the British Isles and Scandanavia, but for several generations, they've lived in Georgia.

Oh! And to make this firearm related... I am trying to build a nationally diverse firearm collection. So far, I have representatives from the USA, Switzerland, China, the former Yugoslavia, the Czech Republic, Australia, India, Argentina, Brazil, Italy, Russia/USSR, and Croatia!

I like to call my gun collection "The United Nations." It's my own private peacekeeping force.

English-American, both parents were 2nd generation born this side of Blighty. Dad's family is from the West Country (Chew Valley and Mendip Hills region of Somerset). Mum's family is from just south-west of London in the Home Counties (Surrey County).

Whilst I am only third generartion born in the U.S., my family has been here since mid-late Victorian times, my Great-Grand Dad (Maternal Side) was born in 1840's and Served with a Union Cav. Regiment during the War between the States. My Dad was born in 1923 and I was born in 1970...it is possible.

Also there is some German ancestry on my Mum's side, sort of like Kasier Wilhelm II was the Grand Son of Queen Victoria. I am very proud of my English Ancestry, I hope to meet family memebers back in England someday. I am fairly certain I have had family members shed their blood for England during both World Wars, and other Wars as well. I am trying to find out more about information on my family there.

Sorry for going on and on...LOL,
Thank You
Mark

We'll probably let this one run a while, no harm done.

Scots-Irish, family's been in America on the north side of 350 years. Guess we'll stay.

From what I've heard, we're not welcome where we came from anyway. ;)
