Currently aren't there only maybe 3 makers of 10mm handguns?

Also anyone thought this sometimes LE thinks of a 10 as overkill et there are several police departments that standard issue is a 10 just seems odd

Glock, EAA(Tangfoglio), Dan Wesson, Colt, Kimber, STI currently make them and S&W 1000 series pistols can be found.

I've often thought that a Para Ord P16 converted to 10mm would be nice. 16+1 in a double stacked 1911. . .

I think that STI is now selling a Hi-Cap 10mm.

Also , a VERY COOL 10mm is the EAA Witness HUNTER --- a 16 shot , 6 inch slide/brl. with a slimmer grip then the Para-Ords.

BTW --- I did have a custom 10mm Para-Ord in the late 1980s --- never could get it to run 100% --- think the problem was at the time , no 10mm mags and we were useing .45 and .38Super reworked mags.

10mm is an awesome caliber, no doubt. You better plan on handloading, because factory ammo runs $30/box.
