Do we need glenn beck on our side?

I like him and what he stands for but ive been wondering about this since the last 4 or 5 times ive heard his radio show lately, he was talking about guns, gun rights,etc (he is very pro gun/constitution) and he also has a book coming out about these topics also..You all will probably bash me on this since we need everyone we can get but he seems to be a lightning rod of sorts. i mean, its almost like the left are even more determined when someone like Glenn Beck/Rush Limbaugh are carrying the flag for a certain cause...does he rally the other side more so than ours? I think i wish that he would just be quiet so the other side can just move on to the next thing..i feel more comfortable when all is quiet on the gun front i guess (can we get the global warming crap started back up again?)..what thinks ye?

Well as far as our goverment has come is EXACTLY how our country has fallen so low. If we don't speak now then we'll get exactly what they want to give to us. ZIP.... NADA... ZILCH.... No guns, no ammo, no reloading, no mags, did I mention no guns, lastly.......... No Rights... I endorse Glenn and his views on our current country sad state of affairs.... I only wish more would stepup to the plate and fight for our Rights to Keep Our Freedom...

If they support the Constitution, I will support them. They don't have to be perfect. Look how many threads we have had started by members supporting UBC and even wanting to put the 2A to a vote. I don't recall Uncle Ted supporting UBC's or voting on the 2A. Yeah he's different. But he supports our troops and our Constitution. So does Mr. Beck. We don't have to agree with everything they say. But to wish they wouldn't speak.....?

The left like Soft Targets.... quiet people.... no opposition... and people who won't challenge and like those who are '' Gun Owners who try to suppress within the hive''. Plenty of openings for sheeple who cry wolf and think Freedom is only accepted by those who think, behave, look like then and or act like them otherwise its and embarrassment. And they have been programed to let keep the zealots and non conforming out of public view.... so many are taken in each and everyday.... how does it feel to get sucked in? I don't know why people don't like Beck, maybe because he tells the truth too much? Anyways, he is on our side, he is vocal, has visibility, and is right more often than he is wrong.

Sarah Palin and Judge Jeanine Perro brought them to their feet cheering at the NRA convention.

If we don't back Beck and them, then who? Mush head middle of the roader's like Bill O'Reilly? The center line in the middle of the road littered aplenty with dead armadillos is the only thing I have ever seen. The antis want us to just shut up and roll over so they can do as they wish.

Anyone who is against the antis and loudly speaks out with passion, automatically becomes a lightening rod for their hate, disdain and ridicule. The LSM loves moderate middle of the roaders like John McCain, and the LSM is in lockstep with the antis striving to destroy the 2nd Amendment.

Beck is one of the strongest voices we have. Though I'm not a fan of his style much of the time (especially when he turns into a giggly junior high aged girl and starts mocking people), his content is always right on the money. To be honest, on substantive issues, I think he's rarely ever been wrong. He truly sees things as they are and doesn't "buffer" the truth. Rush and Ted, on the other hand, come across as idiots, even if they are right most of the time.

George H W Bush bans the import of semiautomatic rifles.... no Glenn Beck the lightning rod to be found. Bill Clinton hands us an "assault weapons Ban "...... no Glenn Beck to be found. Before all that Ronald Reagan signed into law no more private machineguns allowed if manufactured after a certain date..... Glenn Beck no where on the radar.

During much of this time we had only Limbaugh for honest info source. Part of it Limbaugh and Foxnews.

April 2013 the Senate defeats a rabid president Obama 's gun control agenda. We now have numerous sources of honest info /news nonetheleast of which is your "lightning rod" Beck. He is a good man spreading the truth about the bill of rights to more folks than any media source going. And that is what freedom needs because truth is on our side.

And foxnews pretty much Sucks now.

Glenn Beck is a great example of how a person can reach bottom and bounce back; you know, the American dream of having nothing in the whole world but an idea and enough fight in you to make it real.

He is often on the fringe, but then, now many of his supposedly outlandish claims has anyone disproven? And he's very pro-Constitution, including 2A. Like many others, I don't always agree with him, but I respect his diligence in digging into things and his willingness to say what he thinks.

I'm glad he's on our side.

Beck really only hit mainstream in the last 10 years or so. I believe his opinions are for the most part well researched. Much of what he has been preaching about the middle east has come to pass or is in the progress of coming to pass. He correctly identifies radical muslims/Islam as our enemy.

I enjoy listening to him on the radio, but will not subscribe to Blaze TV. However, we are moving more toward a pay as you go approach to TV or cafateria style versus being provided 80 channels on cable that most of us don't watch or even know the names of the channels. The problem with that is you're still going to end up paying as much per month for your "entertainment" and have less choices without paying more.
