Glock 32 purchased back in the mid to late 90's I believe. It's still around although it has been replaced with other carry options.

I'm really not even sure what my first "carry" gun was it's been a long time, I know I don't still have it though as I've sold or traded off all of my early carry guns.

Yes, I do have my first. A Colt diamondback, .38 special, 4". I don't carry it now but it does go to the range almost every trip. I think I got it in "73...not sure.

Yepyep. I shot recreationally for just over ten years before finally going for my carry license. So at that point between rentals, relatives, and friends I'd tried it all and knew what worked for me. It's still my favorite carry gun and though I've bought many since it's still the one I shoot the best

I'm in Illinois, and have been carrying for exactly 3 days. So no one will be suprised to hear that I still have my first carry gun, a Kahr P380.

Took too many new shooters to the range one walked off with my favorite three inch S&W mod 10 leaving me 2 Kahr 45s. Fair trade I guess.

No,I don't unfortunately. When I first moved to Texas my Oklahoma carry permit expired, so I placed it in the trunk of my car when I had my oil changed at Wally World. I forgot that I had put it there, when I remembered and went to get it, it was gone. So I assume that a Wal-Mart employee must have been snooping in customers cars and helped themselves.

I do. In fact I still carry it from time to time. It's a Walther PPK in .380ACP. My primary carry gun is a Kahr CW9 these days, but sometimes I have to go back to the PPK when I can't manage to conceal the Kahr due to dress requirements.

Still have it, Smith and Wesson Model 59, not my EDC anymore, but a HD pistol.

Gen 1 Glock 17 replaced by a pocket carried Sig 938

Hard to believe you can get a 9mm with night sights and a laser that fits in your pocket better than most .380s. Love that Sig, cost a bundle but it fits so nice in your pocket that I often forget I have it and the Uncle Mikes holster in my shorts. Gotta Love AZ weather. The Glock used to ride in my jacket pocket while I strolled on the beach late at night.

Yep. Bought a few since, but still carry my first one for all the reasons I bought it in the first place...

The first gun I bought specifically to carry ( rather than just carrying my HD and range guns) was a Taurus 85. I sold it 12 years ago when I was moving back to Occupied Territory (MA) for a bit, but it was a great little carry gun that only had hot Cor Bon rounds run through it and never missed a beat.

Yep, S&W model 60 with a bobbed hammer and Tyler t-grip. Don't carry it as much as I once did, but it was with me all day yesterday while out and about running errands.

Yep!

The .38 Centennial on the left, the 640, is it. When CHL first started I was paranoid I would be made out so I used that J .38 as my first gun. Had a gunsmith add the red insert.

Yes got it in 1995 new. CHL started that year.

The one on the right is my current 'summer' gun. A 640-1 .357 (pre-lock) I altered to use a flash chrome trigger like the other centennial.

Three inch .357 Magnum S&W Model 13 revolver. I still carry it some off-duty though the black basketweave Bucheimer Concealer made for it is starting to show its age. When I used it to shoot qualification for my armed security officer license, the chief instructor tried to buy it from me. I was the only one shooting a revolver and the only one to shoot two 100% scores.

I'd tell him, politely, that I intend on being buried with it. So if he still wants get to get a shovel once I'm planted.

I have the 'LadySmith' version of the 65 (stainless 13) and yes they are jewels and quite capable.

Nope... Colt Combat Commander, series 70, electroless nickle, lightly modded. Stupidly traded it off. At one point I saw it for sale again in a gun shop... should have bought it back. It would feed any 45acp cartridges on the market. Extremely reliable.

Yep, still have & carry my old XD-40. I have added a couple of others but the XD is still my preferred carry. When it gets warm I use a Kel-Tec P-11. I wouldn't mind getting something else for the P-11's niche though.
