One of my handguns was acquired in a private transaction with a stranger, with no paperwork. It was just sort of a whim kind of purchase, and it isn't a gun that I've ever shown off to anyone, or taken photos of, or taken to the range.

There was originally no real intent to conceal it, but since essentially no one knows that it's in my possession, I've come to think of it as "The Murder Weapon".

However, like many overblown leaders, my Desert Eagle is merely a figurehead. Anyone who's anyone knows my 1911A1's really in charge.

And yes, I get many looks at the range, and many laughs as well.

My only other gun with a name is my Jericho, a few of my friends call her Lasher, after the title of the hollowed-out book where she stays.
