I like shooting the Winchester white box 95 grain flat point .380 ACP in my little Bersa. Runs very well and seems as accurate as you could ask with such tiny sights. They seem to be almost impossible to find now, and the last time I saw them available, it was at 75 cents a round!

What bullet and powder would be good for duplicating these?

Powders I have in roughly declining suitability, at a guess: HP-38, Universal, Titegroup, Red Dot (very little), AA#5 (not much), Power Pistol, WSF, Trail Boss, AA#7, Blue Dot, Longshot.

As @Walkalong stated, HP-38 & Titegroup works well in 380. Not as snappy as WWB, in my experience. But they work.
Berry's 100 gr HBRN, and RMR's 95 RN.
I tried MBC's 95 gr cast. Those seemed hard to not get fouling in my barrels.

I have shot these bullets using CFE-P;

That gives me more of a defensive ammo recoil. Maybe of the powders you list, I'd guess that AA#5 and WSF might fit that bill.

Hoping to get a TCFP 95 grain since I've had such good luck with it factory ammo (and it makes nice, neat holes in paper). I can't figure out where Winchester is getting them.

I've used Win231/HP-38 in 380 with success.
I also tried Universal and didn't care for it. I could feel burning specks of powder hitting my hand when firing a S&W Bodyguard. I've read that other people really like Universal in 380. My experience was negative.

I loaded 100gn Berry's plated and also the LEE 102gn RN & 95gn FN cast bullets (powder coated) with success.

These Berry's HPs are about the closest to the nose profile of the WWB ammo that I've seen. I don't really care about expansion (might not even want it in .380) but for punching paper it doesn't matter. These should cut a nice hole in the paper, anyway. OTOH, they're pricey compared to other plated bullets.

I have never ordered from Everglades, but they have 100 gr RNFP showing in stock at $99 per 1000.

The flat point should punch a nice hole also and they are a little less expensive.

I use plenty of HP-38 for all my smaller pistol loads.
Berrys 100gr. HBRN over 3.1 grains of HP-38 work great in my Bersa. Mild shooting with great accuracy. Feeds great as well
