For many years one of my primary job functions was investigating and trying to resolve customer complaints. The complaints that got resolved the quickest and usually to the customers satisfaction were the ones that included the most information. The less investigative work I had to do made my job much easier.
Sending a gun back with a complaint like "The gun does not shoot accurately" is vague and subjective. Also since ammunition is a big factor in accuracy including samples and the box tells the company exactly what was used. A picture is worth a thousand words or in this case including the target.
I wish I could report They sent me back a perfect gun but, alas, it has issues I will go into on a later thread as I am waiting on Taurus's response to my latest complaint..
