Explosive situation..what do you do?

i remember sitting in traffic next to an auto shop that had just caught fire. i gave the cell to sherry, and had her call the fd. i found a mechanic and arranged the hose. the firefighters were 10 minutes arriving, and 5 minutes getting organised. everybody who worked there was confused for the first 5 minutes, and totally ineffective.

the first responder is the first person who can find the hose and get people into motion. shop was saved from a probable burn to the ground by a guy who was sitting in traffic, and DID SOMETHING.
