i already tried painting the inside of the right trigger pin hole with nail polish. (unsuccessful)
Some people recommend peening the trigger pin hole on the right side of the frame to deal with a loose trigger pin.
Others recommend buying a MkIII pin because it will be slightly thicker.

These guys make a unique solution but it seems like it might enlarge the LEFT side of the frame. Thoughts?

So just to update, it looks like buying a replacement MkIII pin was enough to fix the walking pin issue. The replacement MkIII pin is just slightly larger. Driving the original pin out and sticking the new one in was a piece of cake. IBMikey had a helpful post here:

I ordered the new pin here:

along with a SA35 15 round mag (made by MecGar).

Hopefully Springfield Armory's new HP release will bring the price of the Feg's back down.

Doubtful - if anything the SA-35 will create more demand on all types of Hi Powers causing prices to rise.

I should've bought more of them when they Israeli Imports were everywhere and cheap. I snagged 2 Israeli FN Hi Powers back then.

My buddies FEG trigger pin walked out as well. We cut a couple shallow grooves into the pin and C-clipped it inside the frame. Worked like a charm.

A friend of mine has one. Up until then, I'd never heard about them, and thus had my doubts about it, naturally...... 10 years has passed, and that gun has impressed the heck outta me. It is a great copy of a hi-power. Accurate. Glass smooth action, and reliable. Ive shot one-handed unsupported with it, and it was just pretty magical in its ability to drill Bullseyes. If the gun you speak of is anything like the one I have experience with, I'd buy it in a heartbeat!

Similar to Palladan44, my dad and I were shooting better one-handed than two-handed at the range. Never had that happen before.
