i already tried painting the inside of the right trigger pin hole with nail polish. (unsuccessful)
Some people recommend peening the trigger pin hole on the right side of the frame to deal with a loose trigger pin.
Others recommend buying a MkIII pin because it will be slightly thicker.

These guys make a unique solution but it seems like it might enlarge the LEFT side of the frame. Thoughts?

So just to update, it looks like buying a replacement MkIII pin was enough to fix the walking pin issue. The replacement MkIII pin is just slightly larger. Driving the original pin out and sticking the new one in was a piece of cake. IBMikey had a helpful post here:
