The "two tone" versions of the PA63 are military issued pistols. And the Hungarian military ordered their PA63 pistols without any finish on the frames hence the "two tone" look. This was done to save money. So if you run into a PA63 with a black frame, it was made for civilian sales.

If you're going to shoot it, keep the extractor spring and pocket clean. If the plunger and spring seize, the extractor loses tension, and can remove itself into the weeds.
